Mrs Pradhila Nikhil, works as an Assistant Professor and Placement officer of the Institutute of Technology Mayyil. She is handling Business Ethics, Sales and Distribution Channels, Logistics and Supply Chain Management for the MBA Students.

She holds Master Degree in Business Administration from Anna University, Tamil Nadu and Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sri Sathya Sai University, Andhra Pradesh.

Mrs. Pradhila Nikhil, has more than 12 years of experience in corporates and 2 years in academics. She worked in companies like Future Generali, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hewlett Packard (HP), HNCO International, Trendy Bee Fashions and College of Commerce. She handled various posts like Senior Financial Analyst, Administrator, Business Development Manager, HR Manager, Faculty and Placement Manager.

Throughout her career, she had the privilege of being recognized for her commitment and performance across various esteemed organizations. She was honored with the “Process Ownership Award” from EMEA region clients, which highlighted her ability to lead and take responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of critical processes.

At Hewlett Packard, she earned the Star Performer Award, a testament to her exceptional performance and contributions that went above and beyond expectations. Similarly, her dedication to delivering quality work was recognized by CITI Bank, where she received the “Award of Achievement” for consistently meeting high standards.

Her commitment to excellence led to receiving the “Stellar Award” from TCS, acknowledging her sustained efforts in maintaining continuous quality in every aspect of her work. She was further recognized by college of commerce, where she was presented with a memento in appreciation of her dedication and commitment to her work throughout her professional journey.

In addition, she was recognized as a Pan India Performer by Future Generali, an achievement that underlined her consistent and high-level performance on a national scale. These accolades reflect her enduring commitment to excellence, teamwork, and delivering impactful results across different sectors.

She had participated in the faculty knowledge sharing programs on “Making Technology our ally in classroom and Making Search Easy”, conducted by ICFAI Business School.
