Mrs Pradhila Nikhil, works as an Assistant Professor and Placement officer of the Institutute of Technology Mayyil. She is handling Business Ethics, Sales and Distribution Channels, Logistics and Supply Chain Management for the MBA Students.
She holds Master Degree in Business Administration from Anna University, Tamil Nadu and Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sri Sathya Sai University, Andhra Pradesh.
Mrs. Pradhila Nikhil, has more than 12 years of experience in corporates and 2 years in academics. She worked in companies like Future Generali, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Hewlett Packard (HP), HNCO International, Trendy Bee Fashions and College of Commerce. She handled various posts like Senior Financial Analyst, Administrator, Business Development Manager, HR Manager, Faculty and Placement Manager.
Throughout her career, she had the privilege of being recognized for her commitment and performance across various esteemed organizations. She was honored with the “Process Ownership Award” from EMEA region clients, which highlighted her ability to lead and take responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of critical processes.
