In the development and growth of B-school the role of alumni can hardly be over emphasized. The alumni family is an important component of realizing the goals of the institute-the co-creation, application and dissemination of management knowledge. In fact they are crucial change agents, who transform leadership. The institute's activity and programmes for its alumni are directed building life bonds of kingship with the institute.
