Dr. P V Joseph MBA, M.Phil., Ph. D, UGC-NET, PGDIBM (Principal)

 As the Principal at the Institute of Technology, Mayyil (ITM), Dr. P V Joseph brings over two decades of rich academic experience in management education, complemented by a solid foundation in industry exposure. He has earned the Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and an M.Phil. in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He also holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and is UGC-NET qualified in Management. Additionally, he has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Management (PGDIBM) from Mohawk College, Hamilton, Canada.

As a Management Faculty, he has over 20 years of teaching experience, specializing in a range of management subjects for MBA programs. His expertise lies in Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Business Environment and Supply Chain Management making him a versatile educator and researcher in the field. Prior to joining ITM, Dr. Joseph built a distinguished career at several esteemed business schools, including Farook Institute of Management Studies Kozhikode and Sreenivas Institute of Management Studies Mangalore. He also has more than five years of corporate experience in sales and marketing with well-regarded, professionally managed companies. Additionally, Dr. Joseph's work and education in Canada have provided him with valuable international exposure, broadening his global perspective on management education and practices.

He has made significant academic contributions in the field of management studies. He has presented numerous papers at national and international seminars, adding valuable insights to the discourse in management. His research is highly regarded, with papers published in internationally refereed journals. Dr. Joseph has also participated in numerous workshops and seminars, both in India and abroad, covering a diverse range of management topics. Additionally, he has organized a couple of international conferences in collaboration with a foreign university from the Netherlands, further showcasing his commitment to advancing the field of management.
