Dr. Divya Sudhakar has been on the ITM team since 2023 and handles core and specialisation subjects such as Strategic Management, International Marketing, Strategic and International HRM, Managerial communication etc.
She is UGC- NET qualified and holds a PhD in Management Studies from Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal. Her research centred on the Intellectual Property Rights related aspect of Geographic Indication. She has presented and published several articles and served as a resource person on the subjects of sustainability and IPR.
Additionally, she helps with the running of family textile export business, Vasulal International, of which she has been a part for more than 18 years. In this capacity, in addition to the management of the regular administrative affairs, she has also guided several undergraduate and postgraduate students on their organizational study and projects as a part of their course curriculum at the firm.
Outside of her work, she dabbles in artistic interests such as Kerala mural & Tanjore painting, having also taken part in a few art exhibitions and is an avid reader and traveller.
